This is not just about HOT August weather or HOT chili peppers. It's just what I see when I look into the mirror every morning. "You're looking HOT today!" Okay, I know it's not from the sunburn.
I hope you're all enjoying the summer. I've been in town, most of the time, and so far, I've been to the Molson Grand Prix, the beach, the Beaches Jazz Festival, and just get together with old friends, new friends and found a new love -- working out and getting HOT and sweaty to Turbo Jam (on video)! In the past month, I'm just relaxing, having fun, spending time with my mom, and trying stay healthy and get fit. Hopefully, I will get out west again, soon. As you all probably know by now, I do love Seattle and B.C. But, I can't tell you when until I've got the plane ticket in my HOT little hands! Or, maybe, a bit of spontaneity wouldn't be so bad.
In the past couple weeks, T.O. has experienced some pretty HOT temperatures. I know some of you love it and some of you would rather hibernate in air cond. Hey, that's life in T.O. We will forget about this once December and January rolls around. So, enjoy whatever comes your way and try and appreciate the variety. In some places, it's either always hot or always cold. I know, some of you still wish you can always have HOT -- well, I still say, try to appreciate the variety. Maybe that's why we have so many different cultures here from around the world who call Toronto "home".
If you're still searching for some summer events, come by my webpages, particularly Events in Ontario. I've also updated the All About Food page, if you'd like to try some restaurants and learn about food. I've become trigger happy recently, with my new digital camera, so, again, check out my Photo Album page too, and see what awaits your eyes there.
Okay, let's get down to some serious HOT Stuff because if you're like me, you're probably curious too, right? So, I googled "Hot Stuff" and here are a few things I found:
1. Hot Stuff Mailorder -- CDs and vinyl. Apparently, they sell rare records and music merchandise.
2. "Hot Stuff" -- Oh yeah, baby....sing it with me. Can you believe Donna Summer came out with that in 1979?
3. Chili pepper -- Ooooh....ouch! Check out Uncle Steve's recipes and learn everything about hot chili peppers!
4. "Hot Stuff" - a restaurant in London, U.K. Can you guess what kind of cuisine they serve? Indian! Oh yeah!
And, there's lots more, boys and girls, but, we won't go there today.
So, I say to all of you, take a look in the mirror today and say, "Wow, you're really HOT stuff today!" And yeah, remember to put sunscreen on your face too.
Take care everyone. See you in September!
